Job Summary
Provide tele-health care to One Medical patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups; collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; maintain NCCPA certification and CA license with potential additional state licenses; work 6am-12am PST shifts including evenings and weekends; contribute to patient care in a virtual primary care setting with a focus on human-centered care and effective use of technology.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to use technology to deliver high quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
