Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, and email follow-ups) as part of One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team, with weekly clinical rounds and collaboration between virtual and in-office teammates. Requires completion of a MSPAS and active NCCPA certification, CA license (with ability to obtain additional state licenses), and at least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency medicine experience. Full-time virtual role with shifts including weekday and weekend hours (6am–12am PST range cited). Base hourly range $59.10–$65.50, with compensation determined by schedule and experience. Responsibilities include tele-health patient care, triage, and continuous learning; opportunities to expand licensure to additional states; strong emphasis on human-centered primary care and effective use of technology in delivering care. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Current CA PA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years of outpatient primary care OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Willingness to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Ability to work in a full-time tele-health/virtual care setting
- Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to human-centered primary care
- Ability to collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates
