Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups. Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and utilize clinical training to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care virtually. Maintain active CA licensure with the ability to obtain additional state licenses; possess a MSPAS and NCCPA certification; work a full-time schedule including evenings/weekends; demonstrate strong communication and technology skills to deliver patient care in a virtual primary care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- In outpatient primary care or urgent care for at least 2 years in the past 5 years (seeing patients of all ages)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday OR Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in additional states
