Job Summary
Virtual Medical Team PA role: Treat patients via tele-health visits including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles; leverage clinical training to deliver high-quality care virtually. Must hold MSPAS and active NCCPA; CA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses. Requires 2+ years of outpatient primary care or urgent care experience; weekday and weekend shifts; shifts range 6am–12am PST. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required)
- Base hourly range $59.10-$65.50; willingness to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Openness to feedback and adapting to patient needs
