Job Summary
Virtual Physician Assistant role focusing on tele-health care for One Medical patients. Responsibilities include treating patients via tele-health visits (video, telephonic triage, email follow-ups), participating in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates, and delivering exceptional care virtually. Requires MSPAS completion, active NCCPA certification, CA licensure with ability to obtain additional state licenses, 0+ to 2+ years of outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine experience, and the ability to work weekday/weekend shifts. Remote, full-time role with base hourly range $59.10–$65.50 plus evening/weekend differential; benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) in the past 5 years
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Comfort with telehealth modalities (telehealth visits, triages, video, email follow-ups)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care
