Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits (telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups) as part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team. Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities, collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates, and utilize your clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. Maintain NCCPA certification, pursue additional state licenses as needed, and support a 24/7 virtual care model with shifts including weekday and weekend coverage. Strong communication, comfort with technology-enabled care, and a team-oriented approach to transforming healthcare delivery are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in MSPAS from an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification
- 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) in the past 5 years
- Current CA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
