Job Summary
Virtual Physician Assistant role providing tele-health care to One Medical patients 24/7 with in-office and virtual components. Responsibilities include treating patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, and email follow-ups), participating in weekly clinical rounds, collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates, and maintaining clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care. Requires MSPAS and active NCCPA, CA licensure (with ability to obtain additional state licenses), 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine, and ability to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends. Base hourly range is $59.10-$65.50 (with additional evening/weekend differential); full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- active NCCPA certification
- CA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine setting (0+)
- ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- excellent clinical and communication skills
- familiarity with telehealth modalities
