Job Summary
Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates, and using your clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual primary care. Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. This is a full-time virtual role with a base hourly range of $59.10-$65.50, and shifts including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA (CA licensure) with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Full unrestricted licensure readiness to practice telehealth primary care
- Proficiency with virtual care platforms and technology-enabled care delivery
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
- Strong patient-centered care focus and ability to collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates
