Job Summary
Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities; collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles; utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual primary care. Requires Master’s degree in PA (MSPAS), active NCCPA, CA licensure with ability to obtain additional state licenses, and 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency medicine experience. Full-time role with shifts that include mornings/evenings and weekends (6am–12am PST); must be able to work across multiple states and adapt to a virtual, team-based care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Current CA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care (0+ patients) or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine (0+ patients) within the last 5 years
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care across states
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Team-oriented and adaptable to diverse patient backgrounds
