Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups. Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities. Collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles. Utilize your clinical training and opportunities to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually. Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. Demonstrated experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings with patients of all ages. Comfortable with a full-time virtual role and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate technology to deliver evidence-based primary care as part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care
