Job Summary
Virtual Medical Team Physician Assistant role delivering telehealth primary care to One Medical patients. Responsibilities include treating patients via tele-health visits (video, telephone triage, and email follow-ups), participating in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates, and utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care. Requires MSPAS, active NCCPA, CA licensure with ability to obtain additional state licenses, and the ability to work weekday and weekend shifts. Emphasis on patient-centered, technology-enabled primary care across virtual settings; strong communication and collaboration within a team-based care model.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)
- Active NCCPA certification
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine setting (0+ age range)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to use technology to deliver high quality care
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care
