Virtual Patient Specialist - (On-Site)

Virtual Patient Specialist responsible for first-contact patient support via WelcomeWare Kiosk across clinic locations. Duties include patient check-in, payment processing, appointment scheduling, document collection, and real-time assistance while maintaining HIPAA compliance and delivering an excellent patient experience. Supports scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks across multiple clinics; requires strong customer-service orientation and experience in a medical/healthcare environment, familiarity with medical office or call-center workflows, and ability to manage multiple software platforms. Full-time in-person role based in Fair Lakes, VA with opportunities to support additional clinic locations as needed.
