Virtual Patient Safety Associate

Onsite, full-time day-shift role supervising patient safety using Virtual Sitter software. Monitor up to 16 patients on a single screen, communicate with patients via microphone/headset and with hospital staff, provide continuous observation and verbally redirect patients from at-risk behaviors, summon nursing staff as needed, and participate in hand-offs. Demonstrates knowledge of Virtual Sitter Solution, maintains safety, and may function as a Patient Safety Associate after orientation, with potential to perform additional duties as assigned. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and healthcare experience is preferred.
