Job Summary
Answer all incoming calls, emails, and live chats, transferring calls or taking messages as necessary. Register new patients in the electronic medical record and schedule new patient consultations, ensuring all questionnaires are completed prior to the provider visit. Email welcome packets after successful registration and provide accurate information when answering patient questions. Maintain patient records while protecting confidentiality. Share what makes Spring special on the first call to help patients feel welcomed and valued. Support providers and internal teams to ensure successful patient registration. This full-time remote role requires EST and PST hours and offers a salary of $23-27/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills
- Someone who finds purpose in helping others and values meaningful work
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must reside in and intend to work from one of the following states to be eligible for remote employment - AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA
- Must be able to work both EST and PST hours
