Job Summary
Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to deliver school-based OT services nationwide via telehealth and proprietary tools. Responsibilities include delivering therapy to school-aged children, collaborating with school instructors and clinical mentors, completing documentation and participating in IEP and team meetings as a case manager or process coordinator, and ensuring compliance with evaluation reports and Medicaid billing where required. Requires active OT license in your state of residence, ability to conduct virtual sessions, experience with school-aged pediatric populations, and proficiency with technology. Flexible schedule (15–40 hours per week) with W2 employment and location-based compensation; remote work available nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted OT license in your state of residence, in good standing
- Experience conducting virtual sessions
- School experience or experience working with school-aged pediatric population
- Experience and comfort with various types of technology
- Follow documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
- Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
- Access to a laptop (not chromebook) to conduct sessions virtually
- W2 employment opportunity with compensation based on location
