Job Summary
Conduct secure online therapy for adults and families while creating treatment plans that adapt as clients grow. Maintain detailed and compliant records and participate in ongoing professional learning to ensure high-quality care. This role supports clients in managing stress, relationships, and everyday challenges through structured, supportive virtual sessions. The position requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology, an active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC), and two or more years of therapy experience. Full-time employment includes Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM hours.
