Job Summary
Deliver virtual instruction to high school math, science, or social science students as a contract, 1099 educator. Select available postings via the educator portal, engage students in a dynamic online learning environment, create lesson plans aligned with class curricula, and track student grades and performance. Must hold valid NYS teacher certification in the subject area, have a Bachelor's degree, and be authorized to work in the United States. Prior online teaching experience is a plus. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity with no benefits, following the school district calendar.
Required Qualifications
- NYS teacher certification in Math, Science, or Social Science (high school level)
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Access to a laptop/desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet
