Job Summary
Manage defined accounts in a specified geography by executing the collaborative territory strategic plan with internal and external stakeholders, including call center services, sales, and market access partners. Educate healthcare professionals on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements while resolving patient-level reimbursement issues and addressing critical access and affordability concerns. Conduct virtual reimbursement and access support, education, and creative problem-solving aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement to build trust-based relationships with customers across all assigned accounts. Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels to improve practice and patient support needs while executing business under strict ethical, legal, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- 1+ years of experience in field reimbursement
- Ability to solve access issues related to specialty pharmacy channel
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of medication access channels (i.e., pharmacy and medical benefit including buy & bill and/or assignment of benefit (AOB) across multiple sites of care)
- Execute business in accordance with the highest ethical, legal, and compliance standards, including timely and successful completion of all required training
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
