Virtual Field Reimbursement Manager

Manage defined accounts in a specified geography by executing collaborative territory strategic plans with internal and external stakeholders, including call center services, sales, and market access partners. Ensure understanding of reimbursement processes, field services, and patient support programs while resolving patient-level reimbursement issues. Educate healthcare professionals on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements for local and government payers. Collaborate with field support teams to serve as the local reimbursement expert, conduct virtual support, and solve access problems aligned with FRM Rules of Engagement. Build trust-based relationships with customers and grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels to improve practice and patient support needs. Execute business adhering to ethical, legal, and compliance standards. Full-time role in Saint Louis, MO.
