Job Summary
Conduct virtual clinical care via telehealth visits, telephonic triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups for One Medical patients. Collaborate with in-office and virtual teammates through daily huddles and weekly Clinical Rounds to maintain continuous learning and evidence-based practice. Manage patient care across all ages while navigating uncertain situations with confidence and adaptability. Requires NY licensure, FNP certification, and experience in outpatient, urgent care, or emergency medicine settings. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and Saturday/Sunday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Currently licensed in NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
