Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits including telephonic triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles; apply your accredited FNP training to deliver exceptional virtual primary care; maintain NY licensure with ability to obtain other state licenses; work flexible shifts including weekends; leverage technology to support high-quality care; provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in a team-based virtual care model.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Current NY license with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+) OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
