Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities; collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles; apply clinical training to deliver exceptional, evidence-based primary care remotely; full-time virtual role with shifts in EST; requires completed FNP program with national certification and NY licensure (with ability to obtain additional state licenses); base hourly range $59.10-$65.50 plus evening/weekend differential; location is remote within the US for a virtual medical team offering 24/7 care.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Currently licensed NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Experience: 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
