Job Summary
Virtual Medical Team (VMT) role delivering world-class virtual primary care to One Medical patients. Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups, with ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates. Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, using your FNP training to provide evidence-based primary care remotely. Requires completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification, NY licensure (with ability to obtain additional licenses), and 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine experience seeing patients of all ages. Full-time, with evening and weekend shifts; base hourly range $59.10-$65.50, plus differential; comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for CME, PTO, retirement, and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required)
- Base hourly range $59.10-$65.50 for full-time schedule
- Experience delivering care via tele-health visits (telephonic triage, video visits, email follow-ups)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates
- Comfort with technology-enabled, evidence-based primary care delivery
- Willingness to participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
- NY license and readiness to obtain additional state licenses
- Excellent clinical communication and patient care skills
- Readiness to adapt to diverse patient backgrounds and situations
