Job Summary
Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, email) as part of the One Medical Virtual Medical Team, delivering world-class virtual primary care to patients 24/7. Responsibilities include conducting tele-health visits, telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups; participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities; collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates; and applying clinical training to provide exceptional care virtually. Requires completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification and NY license, with 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine experience, and ability to work weekday and weekend shifts in a full-time telehealth role.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Familiarity with tele-health modalities including video visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups
- Strong collaboration skills for working with virtual and in-office teammates
- Proficiency in using technology to deliver high quality care
- Commitment to evidence-based primary care
- Open to feedback and adaptable in a team-based setting
- Ready to work within a virtual care delivery model
