Job Summary
Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups; engaging in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities; collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles; utilizing clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually; requiring an accredited FNP program with national certification, MA licensure (with ability to obtain additional state licenses), and the ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; strong communication, technical proficiency, and commitment to human-centered primary care; full-time virtual role with base hourly range $59.10-$65.50 plus differential.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Currently licensed in MA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
