Job Summary
The Virtual Events Analyst is responsible for managing and executing virtual events, including webcasts and video conferences. Key responsibilities include planning and executing technical solutions, liaising with clients and internal teams, troubleshooting audio, video, and network equipment, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role requires hands-on technical skills, leadership during events, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. Candidates should have extensive audio/visual experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in audio visual Media Support and live event/broadcasting
- Extensive knowledge of current Audio/Visual and conferencing (phone and video) support experience including webcast and streaming media technology
- Strong professional presence with the discretion, poise and maturity to deal with confidential information
- Customer focused, service oriented and quality driven
- Capable of developing and following processes/procedures to ensure operational excellence
- Possess the following functional abilities: lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, and sit for lengthy periods of time
- Ability to be flexible in working hours and be available to work outside of regular business hours
- Ability to travel periodically as work dictates
