Virtual Event Producer

Virtual Event Producer responsible for end-to-end production of client events: collaborate with the Virtual Events team to understand client vision, manage pre-event preparation, execute live event facilitation with high-quality audio/video, and produce post-event recordings. Responsibilities include assisting with connecting and training presenters on the platform, troubleshooting technical issues during events, clearly reading scripts publicly on live events, and creating archive recordings for client training. Operational support includes maintaining quality records and updated SOPs, and building strong client relationships through effective communication and adherence to timelines. Success includes producing client events professionally within the first 90 days and contributing to product and operations discussions for improvement.
