Job Summary

Virtual Event Manager responsible for managing and delivering client-focused virtual events from kickoff through delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, client training, and ensuring on-time delivery; creating and maintaining project artifacts such as project schedules, training materials, project requirements documents, and presentations; communicating project expectations and progress clearly to clients, team members, and the executive team; continually improving virtual event management processes and understanding how MS products and platform updates impact event setup; build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders within assigned accounts. Strong emphasis on project management, client communication, and ability to translate product updates into event configurations. Preferred experience in pharma or science industries. You will be evaluated on delivering at least one virtual event within the first 90 days with well-documented artifacts and timely status updates, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing & producing virtual events for clients
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
