Job Summary
Virtual Emergency Radiologist role offering a 1 week on / 2 weeks off schedule with option for remote work or hospital-based in Evanston, IL. Responsibilities include contemporaneous interpretation of STAT cases for NorthShore Hospitals (Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Skokie) with no procedures required; IT infrastructure includes Intelerad PACS, Powerscribe, and EPIC; workload adjusted to maintain reasonable coverage with a 3–4 hour overlap with the second shift; optional internal and external moonlighting. Requires Illinois medical license (or pending), fellowship training preferred, and board eligibility or certification in Diagnostic Radiology; experience in Emergency Radiology or related subspecialties highly valued. Base compensation $600,000–$800,000 plus bonuses; comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities offered.
