Job Summary
Part-time virtual RN Trainer will deliver the Ohio DODD Med Cert 1 curriculum in a remote format from Dublin, OH. Responsibilities include delivering DODD-approved Med Cert 1 training, evaluating trainee competency, maintaining training records, ensuring compliance with DODD regulations and organizational policies, serving as a clinical educator on medication administration standards, collaborating with nursing leadership, and pursuing ongoing professional development to maintain trainer qualifications. Requires an active Ohio RN license, nursing degree, and strong instructional skills; experience with IDD, adult learning, and virtual training platforms is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Proficiency with virtual training platforms and technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
