Job Summary
Virtual, remote-based role focused on retaining and growing Comcast Business customer accounts through solution-based selling and proactive account management via telephone. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of sales or account management experience
- Mobile sales experience preferred
- Sales experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends and variable schedules
- Proficiency with CRM and documentation of customer interactions
