Job Summary
Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery while coordinating with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders remotely. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, utilizing digital tools such as project management software, BIM, and virtual reality to enhance project delivery. This three-to-six-month contract in Riyadh requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering with three plus years of experience, including certification such as CCM or CPCM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in construction management, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in construction management, such as CCM or CPCM
