Virtual Commissioning Engineer

Job Summary
Build and validate Digital Twin models for robotic automation systems; bring 3D models to life with kinematics and realistic system behavior; interface virtual environments with PLCs, HMIs, and GUI applications; program and troubleshoot PLC logic in a simulated environment; validate controls software before deployment to reduce commissioning risk; support integration, startup, and debugging activities; collaborate with controls, robotics, and software engineering teams on complex automation projects.
Required Qualifications
- PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, or Mitsubishi)
- Virtual Commissioning or Digital Twin experience
- Exposure to Process Simulate, Emulate3D, or similar platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for automation
- Robotics, manufacturing, or systems integration experience is a plus
