Job Summary
Conduct video visits with health plan members, reviewing medications and medical history during approximately 30-minute sessions. Maintain a 40-hour weekly availability schedule to consistently deliver 320+ capacity units per month while executing a strong visit completion rate of 220+ visits. Ensure compliance with training and affiliation requirements for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans, utilizing active state licenses in coverage areas such as Oregon. Engage regularly with management and clinical teams while adhering to operational and clinical key performance indicators. Maintain a private, quiet setting with adequate broadband connectivity to uphold member privacy during remote interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
- Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Clinicians will be dedicated to providing Video Visits (telehealth) services only
- Must meet minimum requirements for remote visit delivery, including broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, a quiet setting with a neutral background from which to conduct visits, and the ability to uphold health plan member privacy per CVS Health guidelines
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to interact with health plan members in a remote manner, sit, write, operate the computer and phone, speak intelligibly, and hear member responses
- Specific vision abilities include the ability to view and read a computer screen, iPad, and other electronic devices
- Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
- Proficiency with information management and technology
- Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s)
- Consistently engage with regular manager, team and clinical meetings
- Be accountable to Signify Health operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics
- Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas
- Primary coverage areas include but are not limited to: Oregon
