Job Summary
Conduct 30-minute online video visits with health plan members, performing medication and medical history reviews while educating patients and answering questions. Maintain a 320+ capacity unit pace by delivering 220+ completed visits monthly within a private space with adequate internet connectivity. Adhere to strict training, affiliation, and compliance requirements for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans, while consistently engaging in regular team and clinical meetings. Uphold operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
- Broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled
- A quiet setting with a neutral background from which to conduct visits
- Ability to uphold health plan member privacy per CVS Health guidelines
- Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
- Proficiency with information management and technology
- Ability to view and read a computer screen, iPad, and other electronic devices
- Speak intelligibly
- Hear member responses
- Be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s)
- Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas
- Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
- Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)
