Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions, while prescribing medications and offering expert guidance on their usage. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care, maintaining appropriate medical documentation to support continuity. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships while staying up to date with medical advancements and telehealth innovation. Complete applicable training, including buprenorphine certification, and maintain active licenses in at least three U.S. states. Work 15 core hours weekly from 8AM-6PM locally over four days, scheduling at least one week in advance.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
