Job Summary

Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, building therapeutic doctor-patient relationships. Order and interpret lab tests as needed to make informed, high-quality treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their proper usage, excluding controlled substances except for buprenorphine. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain appropriate medical documentation to support continuity of care. Stay up to date with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices. Complete applicable training, including buprenorphine training, as part of onboarding. Work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, scheduling at least one week in advance.

Required Qualifications

  • Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
  • Critical to be licensed in at least five states
  • Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
  • Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
  • Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
  • Work 8AM-6PM locally
  • Work over four days each week
  • Schedule at least one week in advance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to medical excellence

  • At least one DEA certification
  • Applicable CSL (if required)
  • Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact
