Job Summary
Conduct virtual patient assessments, review medical histories, and deliver treatment plans including medication guidance for addiction care and weight management. Order and interpret lab tests to inform high-quality clinical decisions while maintaining comprehensive medical documentation for continuity of care. Collaborate with nurse practitioners and support staff to build therapeutic doctor-patient relationships, ensuring care aligns with telehealth best practices and innovation. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly across four days, with assistance provided for obtaining additional state licenses. Join a network of physicians expanding access to essential medical treatment in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Comfort using telemedicine platforms
- Comfort using EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
