Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ordering and interpreting lab tests to inform treatment decisions. Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance, collaborating with a dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes. Maintain appropriate medical documentation and stay current with telehealth innovation and best practices. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with onboarding including buprenorphine training. Join a network of physicians expanding access to addiction treatment and underserved communities through QuickMD's streamlined telemedicine platform.
Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
