Job Summary
Provide exceptional virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment decisions. Order and interpret lab tests, prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and maintain detailed medical documentation for continuity. Collaborate with nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and support staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Stay current on medical advancements and telehealth innovations while utilizing advanced EMR platforms. Schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, with one week's schedule submitted in advance. Requires an active medical license in at least three U.S. states (preferably five) and DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- Active medical license in at least three U.S. states
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Critical to be licensed in at least five states
- Licensed in CA, FL, NC, PA, or TX
- Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
- Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly
- Work 8AM-6PM locally
- Work over four days each week
- Schedule at least one week in advance
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to medical excellence
- Ability to use telemedicine platforms
- Ability to use EMRs
- At least one DEA certification
- Applicable CSL (if required)
