Job Summary
Remote Contract LPN role providing clinical monitoring, triage, and patient engagement for Empo Health RPM platform. Responsibilities include daily review of patient data (foot images, weight), triage and escalation to physicians or patients, patient check-ins with thorough documentation for RPM billing, and professional communication with physicians/podiatrists. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, have prior experience with diabetic patients, strong communication skills, and can work remotely with a reliable laptop. Part-time to near full-time schedule with gradual ramp-up and 1099 payment; Virginia-licensed LPN, based near Roanoke/Blacksburg, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Virginia
- Based near Roanoke/Blacksburg, VA area
- Tech-savvy with digital tools and online portals
- Experience with diabetic patients
- Excellent communication skills and quick learner of clinical protocols
- Ability to work remotely from a laptop with reliable internet
- Ability to handle up to ~50 patient caseload initially
