Job Summary
Conduct daily outbound calls to lapsed customers using a custom CRM to understand their experience, identify reasons for churn, and reconnect them with personalized offers. Log every call outcome and maintain a clean queue while tracking performance against live daily targets. Prioritize genuine relationship-building over sales tactics, leveraging purchase history data to deliver tailored interactions. Requires cannabis retail or customer service experience, strong listening skills, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cannabis retail, customer service, or outbound calling
- Comfortable on the phone and able to handle rejection without losing your warmth or professionalism
- Strong listening skills
- Reliable and self-directed
- Detail-oriented when it comes to logging calls and keeping your queue clean
- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service
- Cannabis knowledge
- Confidence in using POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with us
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally more than one of those (cannabis retail, customer service, or outbound calling)
- Experience in cannabis retail, customer service, or outbound calling (implied preference for multiple areas)
- Paid training on our proprietary CRM system and call program
- No prior Salesforce experience required (implied benefit of not needing it)
- Direct exposure to corporate leadership
