Job Summary
Provide sales and service support for Member-based business in a call-center environment; handle inbound/outbound Member activity via calls, email, and Internet; open new membership and deposit accounts; document, research, and resolve or escalate Member issues; cross-sell services; provide basic financial services advice; collaborate with MSRs and lending staff; meet service and productivity goals; ensure 100% compliance with KEMBA policies; maintain up-to-date activity reports; participate in training/certification to enhance competency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to easily adapt to quick changes in pace or workload
