Job Summary
Provide accurate information and open new membership and deposit accounts for members while resolving or escalating loan and deposit issues. Cross-sell alternative services and offer basic financial advice to promote member well-being. Assist MSRs and lending staff by developing competitive information, acting as a liaison, and maintaining up-to-date sales support status through routine reporting. Meet or exceed all service and productivity goals while performing duties in strict compliance with KEMBA policy and procedures. Maintain a professional demeanor on stage for extended periods, adapting quickly to changes in pace or workload.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must value a high degree of accuracy and speed
- Professional demeanor and ability to be 'On Stage' for extended periods maintaining a positive attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to easily adapt to quick changes in pace or workload
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a financial/banking institution
