Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in a financial institution required
- Minimum one year of leadership experience required
- Credit Union or banking branch management experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales and service techniques; credit union services and products preferred
- Strong communication, planning, organization, and computer skills
- Must be able to travel to meetings and training activities
