Virtual Banker II represents the Chase brand in Consumer Banking, engaging clients via phone and video to provide hospitality-focused service, identify financial needs, offer personalized financial solutions, refer clients to experts for specialized needs, and guide usage of digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Responsible for achieving and exceeding client engagement and referral metrics, while working with partners to connect customers to specialists and stay informed on Chase products, services, and industry trends. Strong emphasis on active listening, relationship-building, and customer service across inbound and outbound conversations.
