Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service via online and phone channels by processing deposits, transfers, and account updates accurately. Handle after-hours inquiries and resolve service issues while educating customers on mobile and online banking features. Maintain compliance with all security protocols and policies. Work independently during non-traditional evening hours in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to sit or stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Submit to a Level II background investigation, drug screening, and fingerprinting as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in banking or virtual customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
