Job Summary
Manage a high volume of digital customer interactions by providing guidance on banking products, policies, and digital tools. Execute transactions, verify account details, and troubleshoot access issues while maintaining accurate records of all client communications. Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards during these virtual banking tasks. This role supports customers with financial needs through remote channels, requiring proficiency in banking systems and CRM platforms within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in virtual or retail banking
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in banking systems and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
