Job Summary
Write initial vehicle damage estimates by reviewing photos and collaborating with body shops and customers. Apply regulatory compliance and fair claims practices to create estimates for first and third-party material damage losses. Negotiate settlements, make payments, and document activities within escalated authority limits while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Process deep understanding of all policy types written by the company. This role requires CCC and Microsoft application experience and is based in NC or FL.
Required Qualifications
- strong foundation in auto technical estimating skills
- solid understanding of repair procedures
- confidence to negotiate effectively with repair facilities
- Experience in CCC
- Microsoft applications
- active insurance license
- Candidates located in NC or FL
