Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to teams and executives. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, and appointments; responding to emails, messages, and inquiries; organizing files, documents, and records; assisting with data entry, research, and reporting tasks; coordinating with team members to support daily operations; preparing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets; handling administrative tasks and follow-up activities; maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information professionally. Must have experience in administrative support, customer service, or related roles, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and manage priorities, proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and productivity tools, attention to detail, ability to work independently and remotely, and solid time-management and task-coordination abilities.
